QYCNYCP-180 a vertical polisher with 3 CNC axis. Chinese, English, and German are available for operator. Easy to run, keep going after set up all the data, a perfect polisher for multiple and small quantity lenses.

CNC System:
The machine bases on Rexroth (Germany) CNC (Computer Numerical Control) System and all the driving motors, that keeps machines stable and reliable.

Feedback System:
The machines use linear scale from FAGOR Spanish for X-axis, and Z-axis. The resolution of this linear scale is 0.1μm. An angle scale from Renishaw UK used on B-axis, and resolution is 1 arc second. All these keep the machine in high accuracy and reliable.

Machine Base:
1.The machine base on natural granite, low deformation with the temperature.
2.All the driving parts such as linear guide and ball screw are from HIWIN Taiwan. Meet all the accuracy which designed, and keep the machine in high accuracy and reliable
